Hillary Foose is the Public Information Officer for METRO light rail, the public corporation formed to plan, design, construct and operate the Valley's light rail system. Foose is part of the team responsible for the agency's public information and marketing activities.
Prior to joining METRO, Foose served as the director of communications for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. She also worked as project manager for a brand communications studio and as a marketing and communications consultant.
Foose received her BA in Media Arts from the University of Arizona. She is a native of the Valley and resides in Ahwatukee, AZ.
